This is my first nitro coffee maker, but I'm an old hand to homebrewing. I've done many, MANY gallons of wine and beer. This is, by far, the easiest experience I've ever had with a brewing system. Assembly was a breeze. Instructions were easy to understand. The quality of the product is superb. The only issue I've had with it is the same one everyone's had with it. It drips a little bit after you pour a glass, and they gave me a little rubber cap to stop that from happening. I'm looking forward all the nitro cold brew I can stand this summer. I'd 100% recommend this to anyone thinking of getting into nitro cold brew at home.
Edit: I keep referring to this as a brewing system, and it's not. It's a keg. And it works flawlessly. It produces the creamiest nitro coffee you've ever had. And don't be afraid to experiment. I was using this horribly bitter Ethiopian Single Source for my morning coffee, and as a pour over, it was awful. I ground the rest of the bag and cold brewed them for 12 hours. Then I diluted that 1 to 1. Put that through the Royal Brew nitro keg, and that coffee tastes completely different. So much better than the pour over. This keg has literally changed the way I think about coffee.
