I was gifted this machine as of July, broke by December. There was a year warranty, and the obtaining a replacement has been a NIGHTMARE. It’s been almosg 2 months and I’m still trying to obtain a refund, while out 200+ to repurchase a new machine on the additional cost of the new one. The second one I recieved has defectiveness. DO NOT BUY! Extremely unprofessional after reaching out over and over getting no where with no updates of repayment. I used to recommend this product to everyone, but not anymore!

I just got the expreso coffee maker, and after clean it, I make me an espresso cup to test the machine. It came out real good. The only thing I notice was that the top warm cup tray only warms the back area close to the water tank. I don’t know if that is normal, but this way only one cup can be warm. That’s why I only give you 4 starts. So far, is a good item for the price.

Love this machine. Coffee is strong, hot, and mellow. My friend has one and after several cups, I was sold.

The registration process was very complicated.

Muy rápida para hacer expresos, pero es muy limitada, debería tener más funcionalidades para su tamaño y precio.
