I've used my Haden Barista Brew Espresso Coffee Machine several times and am so pleased with its performance. It doesn't take long to preheat, produces a nice brew with plenty of crema at just the right temperature! I love how many pours I can get out of just one tank of water- very convenient! Not only does it work extremely well, but it looks so chic on my counter top. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I initially wrote a mediocre review of this but have come back to say I love it! Probably user issues on my side first few times around. Makes a lovely espresso with amazing crema. The frother won't give you the stiffest foam, but it does well enough considering how good the expresso comes out. Definitely recommend and I'm glad I was patient and figured out how to get a perfect cup.

The machine was broken. I only bought these machines because of their beauty and I am really unhappy with my purchase. When the coffee maker is turned on, all the water in the tank comes out from under the machine without making coffee, and this is really a disaster.

Very beautiful Espresso maker. The frothing function works great and it brews quickly. The Espresso tastes fantastic. Very nice appliance.

The espresso machine is pretty much exactly what I hoped for. The espresso part makes perfect Espresso. My only issue is that the milk froth or does not heat up the milk as best as I would like. Thankfully, I really like iced coffee so it’s perfect for iced lattes and iced mochas

The machine did not work. It would not absorb water. When I contacted Amazon, they referred me to the seller who tried to Wheel and deal with me first by offering me $10 off and then $25 off if I would keep the inoperable unit. Ultimately, after me complaining to Amazon, they accepted my return. However, after I returned the item, they surprised me with a $100 restocking fee!
Stay away from this company. They provide a faulty unit that does not work and then they rip you off with $100 restocking fee.

Entry-level espresso machine for those primarily interested in straight espresso shots. Its a good value and works the way it is suppose to. Takes a few times to get it dialed in the way you want it. Good quality but lesser quality than the high end expensive models. But it is also a fraction of the price.

Cute little expresso machine. I don't know much about coffee, but this was not too hard to learn on. The instructions are easy to follow, and it makes decent expresso for a home coffee maker. Not super easy to clean..but gets easier with time and practice.
