This is a handy, practical, user-friendly expresso machine. It is easy to add expresso to, easy to clean, easy to fill with water. The cup holding area will not fit larger mugs, only standard mugs or smaller. The steamer/ frother can be a little finicky, so just make sure that it's been heating up for a sufficient amount of time before trying to use the milk frother. Once it's ready, however, the machine works well and the coffee is delicious! I'm having un tryig to make designs in the frothed milk. But, the frothing cup is not included, so it must be purchased separately.

Affordable starter espresso machine compared to its several expensive rivals. Easy set up, stylish design and delightful accessories. Been enjoying practicing at making that perfect restaurant quality coffee including making art from crema. Goodbye Starbucks coffee and hello savings!

Got this espresso machine for my husband and he's loving it! The initial set up was a little tricky but he got it figured out after 3 cups and is now saving so much by making it at home instead of buying in stores. Its very compact making it fit well on our counter and pretty much all parts are removable for easy cleaning.

I like the sleek design of this espresso maker compared to the bulkier one that I had before. It was easy to setup and use and works very well.

I like this espresso maker because of its simple controls, and compact design. Everything was packaged really securely and nice, but the only issue I had with it was the amount of noise and vibration created when it's operating. I literally have to hold my espresso cup in place or it vibrates out of position and the espresso will miss the cup. That's actually really annoying, and for all of its nice, compact features, I can only give it three stars. Perhaps my particular unit is unusual, but I am not sure how confidently I can recommend it because of this one issue.

The espresso machine that I am reviewing is a good basic machine. I don't use the milk frother, I just pull shots of espresso and this machine does that well. The tank on the back is big enough to hold water for many shots, so you're not having to constantly refill it. I like how simple this machine is and I enjoy the espresso it makes. Its nice and compact so it doesn't take up too much space in my small kitchen.

I love all the cool features this has. It’s made my life so much easier. I love being able to choose the grind size without messing with a separate grinder. And the self-cleaning feature has been a HUGE help. No more clogs!! The PID temp control actually seems to help with consistency, though I’m still learning. And I love love LOVE not having to pour beans every single day! The hopper holds a decent amount that lasts a couple days. Great espresso maker.
