The BTaT Cold Brew Coffee Maker is perfect. From the thick glass to the stainless filter and spout this Cold Brewer performs as described. An added bonus is that it also looks great sitting inside the frig and the design makes getting that glass of cold brew easily accessible. I would buy again to gift.

    Exactly What I Needed

    I have been cold brewing coffee for 5 years now and was using a different diffuser for years, but desired something that would solve 4 wants that my previous diffuser lacked. This unit resolved all of them.
    Bigger: I drink a lot of coffee and needed something that would allow for making cold brew every other couple days whereas before I was making it daily or every other day. I use a 32 oz mug and my wife uses a 24 which if we both filled that was the whole batch in the last maker. Even if we both fill up I only need to make it every other day.
    Sediment: The previous diffuser required pouring the coffee out which often resulted in sediment in my coffee when you get further to the bottom of the carafe. The advertising on this maker is 100% accurate. The dispenser positioning and release of coffee prevents sediment from coming out. It settles below the spout and does not flow out into your mug. This is a major win!
    Continual steeping: Because this model doesn't pour, you can leave the diffuser in the maker while using the cold brew. The thing about cold brew is the longer you steep the more flavor you get out of the coffee. Before I would only steep overnight for 8 hours max, now days 2 and 3 the coffee is coming out far more flavorful.
    Easier Cleaning: My old model had a tight opening and only a bottle brush could fit in to clean, this maker is easier to clean allowing for sponging. The spigot is an additional part to clean but not a deal breaker in the slightest.

    Very much looking forward to my next cup of coffee. Cheers!

    Simple, easy to use, perfect for cold brew coffee

    Took an extra day to arrive due to shipping issues, which was fine. I washed and cleaned it, and immediately put it to use. The filter works quite well, perfect for fresh groun coffee to make my cold brew. Around the size of a Gallon on Milk, which fits perfectly in my fridge. No leaks yet, which is great. The cold brew tastes great mixed with some flavored creamer I have. Super simple and easy to use too, just pour in the coffee grounds- fine or corse, into the mesh strainer, put in your water (make sure that spout is closed!), put it in the fridge, and just let it sit. The directions it came with were straightforward and easy to read and understand. So far, so good. The color is pretty too. I grabbed the gold one. It also came with stickers to put on the bottle too, if you so choose.

    Overall- I'm quite happy with this as of currently, if anything changes, I'll update my review.

    Like others who reviewed this item, mine leaked pretty bad when I got it. I reached in and tightened it from the inside by hand, and it barely leaks at all any more. Probably if I had a tool to tighten just a hair more, it wouldn't leak at all. Overall, I'm very happy with this.

    I've had this product for just over 2 years now & I absolutely LOVE it!! My perfect coffee to brew time ratio is: 1½ cup coffee grounds & I brew it for 16 hours. I never have an upset stomach anymore; that's one of the reasons I quit drinking coffee for a little while. There is a zero need for sugar. I use sweetened creamer since there is no bitterness doing the cold brew versus hot brewing. I would one million percent recommend this for anyone that drinks any type of coffee, when I want hot just pop it in the microwave.

    This thing makes the best cold brew. I was using the 64oz mason jars before but the coffee didn't taste as good as it does now. I dont know if it's the filter or what but it is perfect now and I didn't change the brand of coffee. So glad I bought this and I highly recommend it. Oh and it doesn't leak or drip. Just make sure after you close the valve you wipe the end of the spigot with the edge of your cup to collect that last drip of coffee and you won't have an issue with drips in your fridge
