My first one arrived broken and shattered but was easily replaced via Amazon lockers. The second one works great! Our first batch we made with the original instructions to put the coffee grounds inside of the filter, but we found it to be a little watery and not as strong as we preferred. The second batch, we put the grounds in the jar with the water and used the filter as a strainer when we poured the coffee out. This resulted with a much stronger product and will be the way we do it from now on. Super easy!!! No complaints on the handle or the look/feel of the product.

I just use the usual amount of reg coffee ( Maxwell house ) I’d fill up a keurig pod with) I usually do twelve spoonfuls for a perfect mix- sit for 15-24 hours – pull the metal filter out – and bam- perfect cup coffee!! It got a great seal on top and flip up cap to open! My first pick to make ice coffee at home and it’s perfect!!!

Be careful when pouring if using loose tea/coffee

I use this every day, but the one thing I didn't think of till I got it is you have to remove the filter before pouring. Every time I use it with loose tea I forget and just start pouring and all the loose tea comes out in my cup. Other than that I have gotten a lot of use out of it.
