UPDATE : Changed to 5 stars because they were super quick at responding and sent me new items to replace the ones that were broken with no extra charge to me. Super thankful and glad that they made sure to fix the issue.
It was great for a few months, I bought this back in November and it was great. The mixer started to lose pieces here and there but I was able to put them back in but now they just fall right back out. The tamper was great, until today.. I went to tamp my coffee and it fell apart. I have been trying to fix it for the last 30 minutes and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. The weight won’t screw on, you have to push everything down since there’s a spring to even try and get the weight on and it’s just impossible. Even when I push everything down it still won’t screw on. I have even tried to screw the weight on without the spring and measuring thing just to see and it still won’t screw on.
So now i’m left with metal in my espresso and a broken tamper.

I was ready for barista-level espresso at home with this Espresso Hand Tamper 51mm with a WDT Tool and calibrated spring-loaded action. I mean, the design is sleek, it’s got that fancy spring mechanism, and it even feels like it’s whispering, “Let me help you create espresso perfection.”
But… reality check. My espresso machine wasn’t quite vibing with the 51mm size, so instead of a perfect fit, it was more of a “close but no cigar” situation. While it felt premium and looked like something straight out of a coffee shop, my machine just wouldn’t give it the love it deserved.
For what it’s worth, the spring-loaded action really does give a consistent tamp, and the WDT Tool was a nice touch for those of us trying to level up our coffee game. If this fits your machine, you’re in for a treat! For me, though, it was a short-lived love affair. Returned it with a heavy heart, but hey—it was almost the espresso upgrade of my dreams!

De buenos materiales sin ser los mejores, es decir; excelente relación calidad precio, adicionalmente los resultados si que se notan a la hora dela extracción, mejor mucho mi extracción porque el tamper que tenía no era el adecuado y de inmediato se vio una mejora significativa en la primera extracción, lo recomiendo ampliamente…!!!
