Got this to brew loose tea & keep on my desk in office. Pour a cup & nuke it.

This is a great no frills cold brew maker. I personally use mine for herbal teas as well: an overnight steep of hibiscus cinnamon or mint tea is soooooo tasty! The filter seems to be double-walled and very good quality. Use a bottle brush to get any hard to reach areas. The 64 oz mason jar is great. I appreciate the lid as I can mix and match and use it with 16 or 32 oz jars. Good for homemade salad dressings with the pint jar etc.

My only complaint is tiny: the lid flap is a bit on the loose side. It’s just plastic, but I wouldn’t trust it to stay put if I dumped the pitcher upside down, for instance. Most people don’t do that, though, ha ha!

Overall this is a nice pitcher and the silicone ring right under the top of the filter makes it very convenient to use!

Super great! This makes having my morning coffee so much easier, I just make it at the beginning of the week then I am all set. Easy to clean, and store when not in use. Was very surprised at the quality consider the low price! Definitely recommend to any one else that likes to drink their coffee cold and strong!

I have had no issues with this after several uses.

The filter is removed after the coffee has brewed so there is no chance of roaming grind getting into the coffee. I have had other cold brew systems where the filter remains inside the container and this is a better design to avoid grinds getting into the drinking liquid! That does mean that you won't get ongoing saturation of the cold brew as the container sits in your fridge but I have found a perfect strength of coffee with this by leaving the grind filter in for 12-24 hours.

This works really well. I used to use my french press to make cold brew but it was made of thin glass and I worried that it would get bumped & broken, plus you'd have to pour the coffee into another receptacle to keep it from getting too strong. This little pitcher is very handy. The glass is thick and sturdy and the lid has a great handle and pouring spout. I got the 32 ounce size and it's enough coffee for 2-3 servings after accounting for the liquid displacement from the filter & grounds. I used about 2 tbsp of french roast and it turned out great. I don't recall there being any directions in the box so you may have to experiment with how much coffee to use. The filter can be removed once the coffee is strong enough and no grounds get into the coffee. My only concern is that the handle built into the lid has a bit of flex to it and I worry that it could eventually break. But as of now it works great. Good set up and reasonably priced.
