This is great. No plastic leaching chemicals into my cold brew and it works very well. The micro-drilled holes in the filter are small enough that they prevent most of the sludge from dust in the grinds. The coffee tastes great and much better than my old plastic cold brew filter carafe, which might have had some sort of growth in the plastic. It's easy to put the filter in the dishwasher for cleaning.
